Dura-Line is hiring for Production Operators in North Salt Lake, UT!!
Day and Night Shifts Available!
New Hires receive $1500 Sign-on Bonus paid out at 90 ($500) and 180 ($1,000) days!!
Day Shift:
Bi-Weekly work schedule - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat/ Sun, Wed, Thurs
6:45am - 7:00pm
Night Shift:
Bi-Weekly work schedule - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat/ Sun, Wed, Thurs
6:45 pm - 7:00 am
SCHEDULE HIGHLIGHTS:
Only scheduled half of days in entire month
Every other 3-day weekend off

Key Responsibilities:
Use tools and measuring devices to ensure the final product meets specifications and to catch abnormalities.
Collaborate with team members so orders are wound onto reels correctly.
Ensure neat wraps on reels.
Cut, tie off, and cap conduit when reels or cable are complete.
Monitor print and footage, and make corrections as needed.
Perform checks for product and packaging requirements.
Complete paperwork for inventory transactions.
Assist the Line Operator during start-ups and support operators with cutting, tie-offs, and reel changes.
Participate in training, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
Report unsafe conditions and broken equipment.
Requirements:
High school education preferred.
Basic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills
At least 6 months of equipment or machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to maintain safety, quality, and attention to detail in repetitive activities.
Experience using measuring devices and hand tools.
Ability to follow work instructions and use basic math.
Material handling or forklift experience preferred.
Physical requirements include moving around obstacles, wearing PPE, standing and walking for 12 hours, working around hot machinery, weather, and noise, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position starts at $21/Hour.
Night shift includes additional $1.00/hr. Shift Differential
The base pay offered to the successful candidate is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
