What Our Employees Say About Dura-Line

It is easy to come to work daily when you know everyone on the team has your best interests [in mind] and we’re all working towards our goals together. I know that I can count on the person next to me and vice versa.

I like Dura-Line because there is a strong emphasis on safety. There is a big banner hanging over the production floor that states: Arrive Safely, Work Safely, and Return Home Safely. There are no shortcuts when you’re dealing with being safe. It’s not too often that you find a job you really like, but I have done just that.

I have been working at our sister company, Wavin, and now Dura-Line for 13 years. I am especially motivated by how Dura-Line as a company is helping ordinary people during challenging times through its social programs. Overall, I am conscious about the impact our products have on the day-to-day life.

Dura-Line provides its employees with opportunities to share their ideas and best practices that has, in instances, led to research and development of new groundbreaking products for the industry.
