Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 manufacturing operations and plant development to meet goals, customer expectations, and company expectations.

• Lead all shifts to achieve on-time production and shipment of conforming products and materials, including planning flow, troubleshooting, staff issues, orders, and schedules.

• Develop engaged employee relations and employee growth across the plant.

• Drive EH&S performance and build a strong safety culture.

• Implement sustainable manufacturing practices that support quality, on-time delivery, and scrap performance below budget.

• Identify and act on opportunities for plant improvement.

• Execute quality systems and ensure compliance with required processes.

• Build a team focused on excellence, accountability, and open communication.

• Execute technical, problem-solving, risk, operations, RTO, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Scrap performance.

• Standard operations.

• First Pass Yield (FPY).

• 5S and lean execution.

• Quality, lean, and safety culture.

• Accountability.

• Training and qualification.

• Succession planning.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with supervisory or managerial experience; or high school diploma with equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in complex 24/7 plant operations.

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.

• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.

• Safety and OSHA experience.

• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in plant, warehouse, and office environments.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• May be exposed to weather, noise, and manufacturing conditions.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required where applicable.

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position is typically range from $115,000-135,000/year.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
